CANCELATION POLICY:

CANCELATION PROCESS:

1. The order can be cancelled by 12 hours prior notice.

3. Please share order number or item details that you want to cancel.
4. No cancelation request will be accepted if product has already been shipped.

RETURN POLICY:

BDonlinemart offers 3 days return policy based on below RETURN REASONS.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

1. The item must be in new condition and unworn.

2. The item should be in its original packaging, with all accessories intact (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.).

3. Must have procurement papers (Money Receipt, Invoice, etc.)

RETURN PROCESS:

    Please share order number or item details that you want to return with valid reason.

2. BDonlinemart will do necessary arrangement for retrieval or share necessary information’s to send the item back. The shipping cost will be reimbursed in case of valid return.

3. Once returns back the item, we will conduct a quality check of that. If a return is invalid then we will notify you and send the item(s) back to you.

4. After this check, we will proceed with the refund.

5. After 3 days of procurement no return request will be accepted.

RETURN REASONS:

1. Size: If clothing item is too small or too large.

2. Defect: If the item is defect or damage upon delivery.

3. Item Mismatch: If the item does not match with manufacturer description or mistakenly got a different item. (Disclaimer: Products color may slightly differ due to photographic limitations.)

REFUNDS:

1. The refund will be handled after a completed assessing of your return.

2. A successful refund will take 1-7 working days.
