1. Cash On Delivery (COD)

1.1 What is COD?

COD is a service that allows customer to pay by cash upon receiving products. BDonlinemart partially offers COD all over Bangladesh.

1.2 What is the maximum threshold of COD?

BDonlinemart offers COD service up to 10,000 BDT equivalent products.

1.3 How COD works?

Upon receiving order from customer, BDonlinemart will ship the product via enlisted courier service to destination address. Customer has to pay hand to hand cash to carrier agent instantly after receiving products.

2.  Online Payment VIA SSLCOMMERZ

2.1 What is SSLCOMMERZ?

SSLCOMMERZ is the first payment gateway in Bangladesh opening doors for merchants to receive payments on the internet via their online stores. Customers will be able to buy products online using their credit cards as well as bank accounts.

Customers will be able to pay for your products using local credit/debit cards like VISA, MasterCard, DBBL Nexus Card and BRAC Bank credit card or bank accounts right from their online store.

2.2 Why SSLCOMMERZ?

SSLCOMMERZ uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which is used worldwide for securing data encryption.

2.3 Online Payment through foreign Debit/Credit Card like VISA, MasterCard?

You can pay through foreign card but you have to maintain following instructions for Bank verifications:

♤ Customers name who orders the products and card holder name should be same.

♤ Customer has to provide card holders passport scan copy to us via Email- order@bdonlineamrt.com.

♤ During product delivery, card holders should receive the products or give a written authorization letter who will receive the products.

♤ After confirming the delivery our delivery person will provide a form/invoice for receiving a sign for delivery confirmations.  

3. bKash

3.1 How to make payment via bKash?

There are three way to make payment via bKash.

♤ Using your own bKash Wallet

♤ Via bKash Agent

♤ Via SSLCOMMERZ Payment Gateway

In case if you don’t have any bKash account go to your nearest bKash agent, share necessary information with him provided by BDonlinemart and get the payment confirmation from BDonlinemart authority after successful payment by bKash agent.

You can make payment to bKash Merchant Account via SSLCOMMERZ Payment Gateway that has been integrated with BDonlinemart website.

4. Bank Transfer:

There are two ways to Bank transfer;

♤ Directly to BDonlinemart Company account
♤ Via SSLCOMMERZ Payment Gateway

BDonlinemart offers own company account (Brac Bank) to receive payments in some special cases. Please contact with our customer service for account details.

You can use SSLCOMMERZ Payment Gateway that has been integrated with BDonlinemart website for Bank transfer.

5. Paypal:  You have contact with us via phone call or email- order@bdonlinemart.com before paying via Paypal. We will provide you our Paypal ID.
